ROGATICA, APRIL 14 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska can function without BiH, but BiH cannot without Srpska, what Bakir Izebegović is aware of as are other Bosniak political representatives, said Siniša Janković, Rogatica Municipal Assembly speaker.
Reacting to Izetbegović's statement that there are no negotiations with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and that he should, as he says, leave political life in BiH, Janković told SRNA there Muslims go, banging on again about removing the president of Republika Srpska.
"This is the essence of their policy all these years, because not a day goes by without one of their political representatives uttering a dangerous inflammatory message calling for lynching the leadership of Republika Srpska, primarily President Dodik. Bakir Izetbegović has done this publicly several times, thus demonstrating that the messages he sends to his staff produce an illegal effect in the sense of a pre-made ruling that he had announced a few days earlier.
Later, we had the opportunity to read it, even before the official announcement of the unconstitutional Court of BiH, in some of the Sarajevo-based media outlets, although they had previously announced a strict reporting procedure. This proves they were aware of its content and that what and for who Judge Sena Uzunović was working was well known," Janković emphasized.
This proved, he pointed out, that the practice to which Uzunović referred was neither legal nor judicial, but Muslim, Schmidt’s, anti-constitutional and anti-democratic.
He stated that Republika Srpska and the SNSD, as the absolute election winner, are indispensable in all processes in BiH. Janković said that Turkey understands this too, as Izetbegović himself says, but he obviously does not possess enough political wisdom or courage to stop the chaos in which he himself participated.
Regarding Izetbegović's statement that, as he says, he would have made a decision to assign the Brčko District to the Federation of BiH if he were in the position of the international community, because the arbitration has not been completed, Janković said that his provocation is a serious threat and an attack on the entire constitutional order and the Dayton Peace Agreement, and that the international community should have reacted decisively to it.
"BiH can only solve its problems through dialogue between legally elected representatives of the two entities and three constituent peoples within the framework of the Dayton, the Constitution and laws adopted by BiH, not those imposed by fake governors.
The withdrawal of the decisions imposed by Christian Schmidt, as well as his withdrawal from BiH, is the only way for BiH to move forward. Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs must work together, to come to an agreement, no Šmit, nor anyone similar to him, can do this for them or change it," concluded Janković.
