SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 13 /SRNA/ – BiH Ambassador to the UN Zlatko Lagumdžija entered the Office of the High Representative /OHR/ building in Sarajevo early this morning, SRNA correspondent reports.
Given that the UN Security Council session discussing the situation in BiH is scheduled for October 31, it is clear that Lagumdžija came for consultations with his superior and chief patron, Christian Schmidt.
Constitutionally and logically, he should have headed to the Presidency of BiH building for consultations with the members of that institution, which is the only body responsible for foreign policy. However, it is well known that Lagumdžija has long ignored the Constitution of his own country.
After all, he himself publicly stated that he acts on the orders of the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, disregarding the fact that the Presidency is a collective head of state, not the private domain of a single member.
