BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 27 /SRNA/ – The OHR’s report to the UN Security Council is full of inaccurate information, arbitrary assessments and worn-out political clichés, President Milorad Dodik stressed.

“Another product of the ‘Resava school’, meaning copying old reports, recycling the same accusations against Republika Srpska and persistently presenting political fabrications as facts,” Dodik stressed, adding that such a document makes no serious contribution to understanding the situation but instead continues a one-sided political agenda.

He noted that the OHR has for decades been an instrument of a foreign protectorate, whose activities raise fundamental questions concerning sovereignty, the rule of law and the democratic legitimacy of institutions.

“There is no democracy, despite their persistent attempts to lecture us about it, where an unelected foreigner arrogates to himself the right to stand above parliaments, constitutions, the will of citizens and the UN.

“We expect the Security Council to annul all decisions imposed by Christian Schmidt, Valentin Inzko and others whose decisions have not gone through parliamentary procedures or received the legitimacy of democratically elected representatives,” Dodik posted on X.

Also, he adds, we also expect all such decisions to be declared null and void and removed from the legal order because they represented a mockery of the law.

“That is the essence of the problem, which cannot be concealed by any reports or political justifications,” Dodik concluded.

The UN Security Council will hold its semi-annual debate on BiH on Friday, October 30.
