CVIJANOVIĆ: POPE FRANCIS DEVOTEDLY ADVOCATED FOR PEACE

ROME, APRIL 26 /SRNA/ - The Chairwoman and Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, emphasized that Pope Francis will be remembered as a man and leader who devotedly advocated for peace, dialogue, and understanding among different peoples and religions.

"I was looking forward to the audience at the Vatican that was supposed to take place at the beginning of March, but it was canceled due to the Pope's health condition," Cvijanović wrote on Instagram.

She emphasized that there remains hope the world will become a better and more peaceful place than it is today, based on the wishes and prayers of all well-meaning people, like Pope Francis himself.

Cvijanović is leading the BiH delegation attending the funeral of the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis.
