MOSCOW, AUGUST 15 /SRNA – RIA Novosti/ – Supplying the Ukrainian armed forces with additional weapons will not affect the course of Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"Flooding the junta /of Ukrainian President Volodymyr/ Zelensky with more and more weapons will not be able to significantly affect the course of the special military operation in accordance with Russia’s just scenario," Zakharova said in a commentary published on the Foreign Ministry’s website.
The commentary followed reports of possible plans by the United States and Turkiye to supply Ukraine with a large quantity of US-made weapons, including multiple-launch rocket systems, cluster munitions and ATACMS operational-tactical missiles.
