UKRAINE'S TERRORISM COMPLICATES PEACE EFFORTS

VLADIVOSTOK, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Manifestations of state terrorism by Kiev are complicating the possibilities for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
