TRUMP FOLLOWS GOLF TOURNAMENT AT HIS IRISH RESORT

DUBLIN, SEPTEMBER 13 /SRNA/ – Within his visit to Ireland, US President Donald Trump travelled to his golf resort in southwestern part of the country.

Trump watched the tournament from a balcony this morning and is expected to head out onto the course later to present the trophy to the winner.

Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin and other senior Irish officials are also expected to attend, PA Media reported.

A major security operation by the Irish police, carried out in cooperation with the US Secret Service, remains in place throughout Trump's visit.

Trump's visit has sparked protests in Dublin and County Clare, but Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly said there would be no tolerance for public disorder or attempts to restrict the US president's movements.

Trump arrived in Ireland yesterday aboard a new presidential aircraft, a gift from Qatar.
