SHOIGU: THE WEST BECOMING INCREASINGLY AGGRESSIVE

MOSCOW, NOVEMBER 2 /SRNA – RIA Novosti/ – The closer Russia gets to the successful completion of the Special Military Operation, the more aggressive and sophisticated the West's anti-Russian actions become, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu said.

"Attempts to seize Russian territory and its resources, and to enslave our peoples, have been made repeatedly, but they have never been achieved by military means," Shoigu said.

He added that Russia had fought against aggressors "as one united force" on every occasion.

"The closer we get to victory and the successful completion of the Special Military Operation, the more aggressive and sophisticated these attempts become," Shoigu stated at the opening of the International Week of the Peoples of Russia.
