PUTIN: MOSCOW SHOULD LEAD THE TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 30 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Russia should lead the technological transformation in an era of rapid technological development, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Speaking at the first plenary session of the ninth State Duma, he stressed that all preparations had already been made for Russia to become a leader in the transformation.

"We have all the opportunities, reserves and domestic resources to do so," Putin said.
