MEXICAN BLOGGER KILLED DURING LIVE STREAM

CULIACAN, AUGUST 5 /SRNA – RIA Novosti/ - Mexican blogger Cesar Gastelum was killed during a live stream near a Kentucky Fried Chicken /KFC/ restaurant in the city of Culiacan, the newspaper Jornada reported.

According to the newspaper, the restaurant in front of which Gastelum was killed is located just a few dozen metres from the Sinaloa state prosecutor's office building.

"After the killing, the live stream footage and the blogger's channel became unavailable, while the attackers fled the scene," the newspaper reported.

According to media reports, the killing is the latest in a series of violent incidents that have affected the city of Culiacan.
