KUSHNER: DISARMAMENT OF HAMAS WITHIN 30 DAYS

WASHINGTON, AUGUST 17 /SRNA–RIA Novosti/ – US Special Envoy Jared Kushner says that progress in disarming the Palestinian militant group Hamas and other groups in the Gaza Strip could be achieved within the next 30 days.

"We could see progress within 30 days, hopefully in terms of beginning to remove some of the weapons, and hopefully also closing a number of tunnels used by this group within the next 60 to 90 days," Kushner told Fox News.

The Jerusalem Post previously reported that the US and Israel had reached an agreement on the future course of action and options regarding a ceasefire plan for Gaza.
