EUROPE UNPREPARED AND INDECISIVE ABOUT HOLDING TALKS WITH MOSCOW

MOSCOW, NOVEMBER 6 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ – Moscow sees prolonged indecision and an unwillingness among Europeans to engage in dialogue with Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Europeans still cannot even decide who can speak on their behalf," Peskov told the press.

He said that dialogue with Europeans on mutual security would be necessary at some point.

"Since we will, one way or another, discuss the future security architecture in Europe, when talks are held on the mutual security of Russia and Ukraine, it will, of course, be impossible to do so without the Europeans at some stage. Dialogue with Europeans will be necessary," Peskov explained.

According to him, Moscow has not yet received any proposals from the EU regarding the architecture of European security.
