CVIJANOVIĆ EXPRESSES SUPPORT FOR ISRAELI AMBASSADOR TO THE US AFTER HIS SON IS WOUNDED

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 23 /SRNA/ - Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović expressed her support for Israel’s ambassador to the United States, Yehiel Leiter, whose son Neria was seriously wounded in a car-ramming attack at the Maccabim checkpoint, west of Ramallah.

“In these difficult times, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Dear friend, Republika Srpska stands with you,” Cvijanović wrote on X.

Israeli military reservist Neria Leiter was taken to a hospital in Jerusalem after sustaining serious injuries, and doctors are fighting for his life.
