ARRESTED FOR THREATENING TRUMP WITH DEATH

WASHINGTON, SEPTEMBER 4 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Former California podcast host Benjamin Southworth has been arrested for making death threats against US President Donald Trump, the US Department of Justice said.

He has been charged with threatening the president, cyberstalking, and making harassing telephone calls.

According to the indictment, he used his YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts to express hatred toward Trump and his supporters, including encouraging violence against them.

Forty-year-old Southworth appeared before the US District Court in Los Angeles to enter a plea on the charges, the Prosecutor's Office said.
