AIR FRANCE SUSPENDS FLIGHTS TO DUBAI AND RIYADH

PARIS, JULY 21 /SRNA/ - French airline Air France has suspended flights to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia due to the security situation in the region, the company announced today.

"The safety of our passengers and crews is our absolute priority," the company said in a statement.

The decision to suspend the flights was made due to the deteriorating security situation following the intensification of Iranian strikes on countries in the Persian Gulf, BFM TV reported.

Flights to Riyadh will remain suspended until July 24, or July 25 for departures from the Saudi capital, while flights to Dubai have been suspended until July 27, or July 28 for departures from the Emirati city.
