OLYMPIC, WORLD AND EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS TO PERFORM IN THE NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 18 /SRNA/ - In the Night of Champions in Banja Luka on April 27, medalists in boxing from the Olympic Games, World, and European Championships will perform, which hasn't been seen in professional boxing in this region for decades.

Eighteen boxers will compete in the Borik hall, and in the main event for the world professional title, Serbia's golden girl, Sara Ćirković, will face the French fighter Roman Mule.

European senior champion Jovan Nikolić, European senior vice-champion Rastko Simić, bronze medalists from the senior continental competition Almir Memić and Omer Ametović, bronze medalist at the World Championship Vladimir Mirončikov, and Aleksej Šendrik will represent Serbia at the boxing spectacle in Banja Luka.

Borik will once again be the epicenter of European and world boxing, just like in the past when the ring hosted the amateur and professional champion of the Old Continent Marijan Beneš, Olympic champion Anton Josipović and WBC European champion Nenad Borovčanin.

The main organizer of this spectacle is the International Boxing Association, with co-organizers being the Slavija Boxing Club from Banja Luka, as well as the boxing Federations of Serbia and Republika Srpska.
