IGOKEA OPENS WINLINE BASKET CUP SEASON WITH WIN OVER PARMA

LAKTAŠI, OCTOBER 21 /SRNA/ – Igokea defeated Russia's Parma 100-86 in Laktaši in their first game of the new Winline Basket Cup season.

The team from Aleksandrovac, coached by Nenad Stefanović, made a winning start to the competition, while Parma, coached by Evgeny Pashutin, suffered their first defeat after winning their opening game.

Petar Kovačević led Igokea with 19 points, followed by Nate Pierre-Louis with 17 and Lazar Stefanović with 16.

Jeremiah Martin was Parma's top scorer with 24 points, while Joshua Primo added 16.

After the game, Igokea has one win, while Parma has one win and one loss.

In the next round, Igokea will face Russia's Zenit, while Parma will take on CSKA Moscow.
