25 YEARS OF THE EXISTENCE OF SLAVIJA HANDBALL CLUB MARKED

EAST NOVO SARAJEVO, APRIL 1 /SRNA/ - In the Cultural Center of East Novo Sarajevo, a ceremonial academy was held tonight on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the existence of the Handball Club Slavija, and the documentary film "Slavija's 25" premiered.

The Director of Handball Club Slavija Milan Milinković said that they have 26 players of the first team, they are currently competing in the First League of Republika Srpska, and they strive to enter the Premier League in the coming seasons, judging that with this staff it is possible.

"We can compliment ourselves with a large number of children from the youth division, some 80 to 90 boys, a selection of girls. When you see our first team, you can see that there are a lot of children from our youth division, and that gives us great strength going forward," Milinković pointed out.

He added that the monthly membership fee for the youth club is 30 KM, with the first month being free, along with a number of other benefits.

Trainings are held in a small sports hall, and interested parties can get more information through the social networks of the Slavija Handball Club.
