BANJA LUKA, MAY 6 /SRNA/ - The Head of the Republika Srpska Army /RSA/ Senior Officers Organisation Slobodan Župljanin said that Croatian politics does not leave the dead Serbs alone, which want to remove the last traces of Serb being in those areas with the undemocratic and uncivilized Law on Cemeteries adopted by the Croatian Parliament.
"With this law, it kills the last traces of democracy and follow the satanic Western ideology," Župljanin told SRNA.
He pointed out that the moment is right for Republika Srpska to make appropriate decisions on this matter, and noted that the OrganiSation of the RSA Senior Officers expects the competent authorities and institutions of Srpska to react in the way the citizens and RSA soldiers expect.
"There are numerous graves and memorials to members of the HV, HVO and other units, as well as memorials to some notorious units in Republika Srpska," said Župljanin.
Župljanin says Serbs are a civilized people who respect culture, tradition and history in general, but they are not used to bow down.
The Croatian Parliament adopted the Law on Cemeteries, which provides for the removal of Serb gravestones erected after May 30, 1990, otherwise fines of up to EUR 5,000 will follow.
