ŽUNIĆ: CRISIS IN BiH CANNOT BE RESOLVED WITHOUT DIALOGUE WITH SNSD

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 6 /SRNA/ - SNSD Presidency Member Igor Žunić told SRNA that the current crisis in BiH can only be resolved through dialogue with relevant politicians who have legitimacy - namely SNSD and its coalition partners.

"Those who don't understand this have a serious problem," Žunić stated.

In the new episode of SRNA's podcast, Žunić said that political representatives from the Federation of BiH are trying to raise tensions as a prelude to the election campaign, while opposition representatives from Republika Srpska are engaging in pre-election spin.

"Their goal is to gain as many pre-election points as possible, and the talk of entering power in the past year is laughable - not possible legally, constitutionally, or procedurally. And if they support the man who believes he can amend the Constitution while they applaud it, then we have a serious problem," Žunić emphasized.

Žunić, who is also the mayor of Derventa, says the city has minimal debt, allowing for the preparation of large and serious projects.

"We had a significant budget revision, the budget was increased by BAM 7.7 million, which is a big deal for a small town. The entire revision is directed toward investments," he highlighted.

He notes that Derventa will see an investment cycle of at least BAM 10 million this year.
