BANJA LUKA, JUNE 20 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković has stated today in Banja Luka that BiH should enter into talks on a new arrangement with the International Monetary Fund /IMF/, and that the Republika Srpska Government is ready to negotiate the conclusion of such an arrangement.
