ZVORNIK, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said today that Srpska has established a system and that operations of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council /HJPC/, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/ are prohibited on its territory, adding that decisive action will be taken.
"We are establishing a system that will manage matters, and we will not hesitate to make all important decisions," Dodik said at a press conference in Zvornik.
He emphasized that the political processes taking place are the result of years of desecration of the letter of the Dayton Agreement and that the impositions regarding that document have been to the detriment of Serbs and Republika Srpska.
"This struggle should be understood in that way," Dodik said.
He pointed out that the artificially established court and prosecutor's office have been used and abused to fight against constitutional institutions - the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, and the Speaker of the National Assembly.
"Once you deal with it, nothing else remains for you," Dodik said.
He says that Srpska has approached the matter very carefully and is acting in accordance with the Constitution and that laws have been passed to ensure that what is not stipulated by the Constitution - namely the court, the prosecutor's office, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council /HJPC/, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/ - cannot function.
"It's good news that the director of SIPA has remained loyal to Republika Srpska; I'm sorry that some people think differently," Dodik said.
He emphasized that Srpska will act very decisively.
