EAST SARAJEVO, JULY 28 /SRNA/ - Families of those killed in the Upper Podrinje region are seeking justice for the crimes committed against their loved ones during the Defense Patriotic War by Muslim perpetrators, and they expect those responsible to be punished, given that a large number of civilians were killed, including children.
The president of the Municipal Organization of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians of Foča, Janko Filipović, previously told SRNA that a case is currently being heard before the Court of BiH for crimes committed against Serbs in Bursići, Hadrovići, and Klisure on August 8, 1992, in Jošanica where 56 people were killed, as well as in the area of Čajniče, where 11 Serb civilians were killed.
The News Agency of Republika Srpska – SRNA, along with the English-language portal SRpska NAtional /https://srpskanational.com/, is launching a series today about crimes committed by Muslims against innocent Serb civilians in Jošanica and the surrounding hamlets.
The series also includes testimonies from several surviving Serbs about the atrocities and the brutality of these crimes.
