REFERENDUM WILL BE A CONFIRMATION THAT CITIZENS FIRMLY STAND BEHIND PRESIDENT DODIK’S POLICIES

EAST SARAJEVO, August 13 /SRNA/ - The upcoming referendum is a democratic right at which the citizens of Republika Srpska will express their will and once again confirm that they firmly stand behind the policies of President Milorad Dodik in preserving and decisively defending Srpska, Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA.

"We have paid too high a price for our homeland, Republika Srpska, and the best among us laid down their lives in its very foundations. Srpska is our sanctuary. To allow some self-proclaimed and malicious foreigner to decide our fate – that movie will not be playing," Košarac said.

He emphasized that Srpska will never accept either the political process against President Dodik or the outcome of that sham legal violence aimed at overturning the free will and democratic choice of its citizens.

"Our fate is in our own hands. That is why, through the referendum, we will be defending not only our legitimately and democratically elected President Dodik, but also our rights, constitutional capacity, and Srpska's position under the Dayton Peace Agreement," Košarac stressed.

He pointed out that Republika Srpska does not care what the foreigner Schmidt, whom he called the greatest political evil, thinks, nor what his vassals in Sarajevo have to say.

According to Košarac, Schmidt is currently the leading Bosniak politician attacking Srpska, the electoral will of its citizens, President Dodik, the institutions of Srpska, and the Serbian people.

"He will end up like the rest of the Bosniak politicians - with a guaranteed defeat, because you cannot go against the will of the Serbian people! We will prove this through the referendum. Let there be no doubt – there will be a big NO, and then a big YES for Srpska, because that is the will of the people," Košarac concluded.
