PRIJEDOR GETS ITS 13TH MURAL

PRIJEDOR, OCTOBER 26 /SRNA/ - As part of the "Prijedor City of Murals" project, painting of the thirteenth mural has begun in the city on the Sana River, said the Prijedor Association of Fine Artists /ULUP/, which is carrying out the project with the support of the City, the Italian province of Trentino and the Italian municipality of Lavis.

The mural will be painted on the facade of building G1 in the Pećani neighborhood, and its author, and winner of this year's Paolo de Manincor Award, is the world-renowned artist Luca Zani.

"In his career, in addition to murals he has painted around the world, he has collaborated with companies such as Prada, Adidas, Nike and Vogue magazine. He is also known as the author of a mural in Rome which he created for Netflix," the ULUP statement said.

The "Prijedor City of Murals" project was launched with the aim of putting Prijedor on the map as a city of fine artists, and murals have become one of its most significant cultural and tourism brands.
