BELGRADE, APRIL 2 /SRNA/ - Political scientist Aleksandar Pavić assessed that the meeting between the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Moscow is extremely significant and that it is obvious that Moscow is more than ready to oblige Srpska and the Serbs.

Pavić has assessed that this meeting is significant as there is no longer a collective West, because Washington and Moscow are now holding talks directly.

He believes that it is extremely important for the Serbs not only to improve relations with Washington, but also to strengthen ties with Moscow, especially since now the deep state is moving across the Atlantic to the EU and Europe.

"That is why it is extremely important that we be clear about who our allies are. It is obvious that Russia is more than ready to oblige us," Pavić said.

Speaking about the court proceedings against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik in Sarajevo and the parallels with the court proceedings against Marine Le Pen in France and Călin Georgescu in Romania, Pavić stated that it can be said that the global liberal elite confronting the sovereign citizens movements is at work.

"However, it should be borne in mind that the hunt for Dodik and Republika Srpska has been going on for much longer. Srpska has been in the crosshairs since 1992, and all these chipping offs and derogations of the Dayton were for the purpose of fighting against Republika Srpska and the Serb people," Pavić said.

He has stated that Dodik became a target since he opposed the violent amendments to the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"That happened long before Le Pen and Georgescu. Of course, now they are also being targeted for many other reasons. Dodik essentially shares the values inherited by Le Pen and Djordesku, as well as Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán," Pavić said.
