MASTILOVIĆ: ONE-TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR FULL-TIME STUDENTS

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 4 /SRNA/ - Minister for Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska Draga Mastilović said in Banja Luka today that one-time financial assistance of BAM 150 will be paid to around 30,000 full-time students in Srpska, for which purpose BAM 4.5 million will be allocated.

"As for the method of distributing the assistance, we have developed an application that will be available soon, but the public will be informed about it in due course," Mastilović said at a press conference following a session of the Republika Srpska Government.

He said that students would have to provide the appropriate documentation, after which their status would be verified.

"It is significant that the Republika Srpska Government has adopted a decision to provide one-time financial assistance to all elementary and secondary school students, as well as full-time university students in Srpska. We expect to begin making the payments very soon," Mastilović said.
