BANJA LUKA, APRIL 16 /SRNA/ - By undertaking illegal activities, the unconstitutional judiciary in BiH only continues to bury itself more and more, although it is very clear that none of them will be spared and released from responsibility, Republika Srpska National Assembly Deputy Speaker Anja Ljubojević told SRNA.

"Republika Srpska will win this battle with the unconstitutional judiciary too, because the law cannot be attacked with the non-law, nor the facts with pranks and mischief," said Ljubojević.

Responding to the fact that the unconstitutional Court of BoiH sent an appeal against INTERPOL's decision not to issue a red notice against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the Speaker of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić, Ljubojević told SRNA that Bosniak political representatives, headed by Christian Schmidt, are still trying to involve the international community and agencies in the political persecution of democratically elected representatives of the Srpska institutions.

"The appeal to INTERPOL, after this institution has clearly and unequivocally confirmed that it has no intent of giving legitimacy to something that by all accounts has the characteristics of a political hunt for Serbs, proves a growing concern in the unconstitutional judiciary whose prosecutors and judges have committed a serious number of crimes by engaging in political processes and ignoring the law and laws of BiH," Ljubojević emphasized.

She has stated that BiH is in the midst of a political and constitutional crisis caused by the foreigner Christian Schmidt, which Bosniak politicians have been calling for years.

"The interventions of a foreigner, a self-declared high representative without any legitimacy and support in the Security Council, which he had to have, distanced the three constituent peoples and two equal entities from anything that could be called a joint path," she added.

LJubojević has concluded that the Constitution and laws of the country cannot be destroyed by legal violence, nor can Schmidt do any of what he did, even if he was legal.

"This agony can be ended quickly and efficiently only through dialogue and an agreement between the three constituent peopes. Everything else is a farce and a hoax, which will not and cannot last long. They can drag out the crisis in the hope of pushing through the traitors of Republika Srpska, but in the long term, Republika Srpska and the will of its voters cannot be ignored, nor can any other system be created than the one within the framework of the Dayton.

"Bosniaks must return to the Constitution and the Dayton and forget about their unitarist aspirations, because everything we are seeing proves that such ideas are neither feasible nor realistic, despite the illusion they are trying to create by 'packaging' indictments, criminalizing the Srpska authorities and attempts to lobby for some sanctions against Srpska," Ljubojević pointed out and said that the time of pressure and imposition is long gone.
