KLOKIĆ: SIGNIFICANT FUNDS SECURED FOR LOBBYING

BANJA LUKA, MAY 23 /SRNA/ – Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation of Republika Srpska Zlatan Klokić stated today in Banja Luka that Republika Srpska has secured significantly increased funds this year for lobbying firms.

"We believe that the new U.S. administration is one that may be willing to listen to the positions of Republika Srpska. The meetings held by the Serb member and Chairperson of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović indicate that lobbying brings certain benefits and effects," Klokić told reporters.

He noted that some time is needed before the effects of lobbying become more visible.

Regarding the opening of Republika Srpska's representative offices in China and France, Klokić said that work is progressing intensively and that certain individuals have been authorized to complete the registration process.
