KARAN: REPUBLIKA SRPSKA UNDERTAKEN A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER OF BiH

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 5 /SRNA/ - Minister of Interior of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan said that the Srpska institutions and officials, in the past period, have undertaken a number of activities aimed at protecting the constitutional order of BiH and preventing anti-Dayton activities.

Karan noted that the institutions of Republika Srpska have always warned that illegal and imposed decisions undermine the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"Although it is clear to everyone that BiH can only survive with respect and full implementation of the Dayton Agreement," said Karan, addressing a thematic session of the Republika Srpska Government on the current political and economic situation.

According to him, for these reasons, the National Assembly adopted a series of decisions and acts aimed at protecting the interests of the Republika Srpska.

Karan explained that this was a necessary measure to protect against the arbitrariness of Christian Schmidt and the truncated BiH Constitutional Court, whose work brings legal uncertainty.
