KARAN: DELIBERATE PROVOCATION BY UNCONSTITUTIONAL BiH PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE - PEACE AND STABILITY PRICELESS FOR SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 8 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Minister of Internal Affairs Siniša Karan assessed that today's action carried out by the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office of BiH in Bijeljina and Brčko was a deliberate provocation of a possible conflict between the two police forces, and that Srpska will not give in to such malicious attempts.

"We will not allow ourselves to give in to such malicious attempts, because peace and stability are priceless for us," said Karan and called on the chief prosecutor of the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, to resign.

Karan told SRNA that for nine months the police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska have been waiting for the unconstitutional Prosecution and the Court of BiH to make a decision on the implementation of activities in a serious case against an organized criminal group, because all investigative measures were completed a long time ago.

"The case that is sitting in the drawer, the prosecutor /Džermin/ Pašić used today for another 'bargaining', that is, a deliberate provocation of a possible conflict between the two police forces, because how else can you look at today's action that was carried out unconstitutionally by the Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina and Brčko," Karan said.

According to him, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska and the Police have been and will remain guarantors of the security of Republika Srpska.

"We will not allow ourselves to give in to such malicious attempts, because peace and stability are priceless for us. Unfortunately, they are clearly not for others. With this move, they have consciously displayed that once again. Because who goes to visit a host where they have been told that they are not welcome. Who cares about the fight against organized crime, if for nine months they have been "stalling" our police officers with the realization and deprivation of freedom of suspects," said Karan.

Karan called on Kajganić to resign, because, he pointed out, how else to look at these unprofessional and illegal activities carried out by this institution, which is anything but judicial.
