FULL SUPPORT FOR REPUBLIKA SRPSKA PRESIDENT

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 4 /SRNA/ – The Association of Republika Srpska War Invalids expressed full support for the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and called on all peoples living in Srpska who consider it their homeland to unite in its defence and protection.

The War Invalids Association stated that the confirmation of the first-instance judgment against the President of the Republic is a politically staged process, aimed at destroying institutions, ultimately Republika Srpska itself.

“Mr. President, through your struggle and our unity, we will preserve and defend Republika Srpska, which is currently under the greatest threat from global powers, as well as from certain levels of authority within BiH, and unfortunately, from some individuals from Srpska itself,” the statement read.

It sent a message to Christian Schmidt, the illegal high representative, urging him to go back to his own country and impose whatever laws he wants there, but to stay as far away as possible from Republika Srpska.”

On Friday, August 1, the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH upheld the first-instance judgment sentencing Milorad Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban from political activity for “non-compliance with the decisions of Christian Schmidt.”
