EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 24 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik says the solution to the situation in BiH is for the Federation of BiH to extradite Christian Schmidt so that Srpska can deal with him, prosecute him and imprison him for fake representation and attempts to abolish BiH.
"We would be happy to do that. If he appears on the territory of Republika Srpska and we are sufficiently informed about it, we will arrest him so that his satellites who are encouraging him will not help him," Dodik pointed out.
He stated that part of the solution is for Schmidt and his decisions to leave, while Republika Srpska will suspend the acts that were a reaction to them from being implemented and start an agreement on a possible BiH.
"Only a possible BiH can be successful, an imposed BiH will not and cannot be successful. To impose the story of BiH on the entire Republika Srpska or its majority political will is an illusion," Dodik told the press in East Sarajevo.
He repeated that the crisis in BiH is present because the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution are not respected, as well as because the Bosniaks allowed a foreigner to come and impose laws and solutions beyond the Constitution, then adhering to those solutions by abusing the institutions at the BiH level.
Dodik has added that they are creating a fake narrative that officials and Republika Srpska are violating the constitutional order, ignoring the fact that the constitutional order was violated by Schmidt, a fake governor who came using fascist methods to impose his will.
"No country survives such interventions in the Constitution, and I am convinced that BiH will not either," said Dodik.
He has added that Republika Srpska does not accept the continued desecration of the Constitution of BiH, and if someone thinks to ignore it, then it is their problem.
According to him, the narrative that blames those who defend the constitutional position against the unconstitutional Schmidt’s impositions in the political and media discourse in FBiH is treated as beasts that need to be arrested and detained.
He repeated that the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH do not exist in the Constitution, and if the country wants to function, then the Constitution must be respected, noting that no high representative has the authority to impose laws and be a law proposer.
