BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik stated that Srpska is already achieving some victories, emphasizing that Christian Schmidt must not come to its territory.
“Schmidt is leaving and can no longer act here. However, his legacy remains; it is not enough for him to leave. What he has done must be undone,” Dodik told RTRS.
He emphasized that Srpska is not considering war, but will continue to pursue its policies and achieve its small victories.
“Dodik is acting rationally and will continue to do so. Republika Srpska will prevail; serious opportunities have been offered to it,” Dodik emphasized.
He does not believe that the Sarajevo “troika” has the best interests of Republika Srpska at heart, reminding of the millions that Sarajevo refuses to pay to Srpska.
“They are steeped in hatred of Republika Srpska. Imagine if the ‘troika’ and SDS wanted what is good for Republika Srpska - does anyone sane believe that?” Dodik asked.
He said that the influence of the international factor would be reduced if the Appeals Chamber of the BiH Court were located in Srpska.
Dodik says that efforts are being made to ensure that it is fair, but for now, that is not important.
He noted that European Commissioner Marta Kos is coming to BiH and requests to be given a parliamentary session to address, but Dodik said she will have to do it before some other forum.
“She can address a truncated House, where the SNSD will not be present,” Dodik said, adding that the opposition from Republika Srpska should act in the same way.
