DODIK: SRPSKA COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION WITH CHINA

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 30 /SRNA/ - During the inaugural visit of the Chinese Ambassador to BiH, Li Fan, Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik expressed gratitude to China for its principled stance on respecting international law and reaffirmed Srpska's commitment to strengthening friendship and enhancing overall cooperation.

Dodik informed the Chinese ambassador about the political situation in Republika Srpska and BiH, and emphasized that the institutions of Republika Srpska operate within their constitutional jurisdictions and in accordance with the Dayton Agreement, according to a press release from the Office of the President of Republika Srpska.

The President of Republika Srpska highlighted the positive experiences with Chinese companies in the implementation of major projects in the areas of transport infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and education.

During the meeting at the Palace of the Republic, Dodik said that it was a great honor for him to have met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Moscow in May. He welcomed the Chinese ambassador and wished her a successful term.
