MOSCOW, MAY 28 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said today in Moscow that Russia, as a leading country, is protecting itself and international law through its special military operation and is fighting against an imposed system.
Speaking at the International Conference of High Representatives for Security Issues, Dodik emphasized that without equal security for all, there can be no international law, and that otherwise the world is heading toward chaos.
"Through its special military operation, Russia is not only reducing NATO expansion but is also creating a free world," said Dodik, who was the first foreign official to speak at the event.
Dodik said that Donald Trump's victory in the U.S. election will also contribute to a more balanced world order, adding that Republika Srpska supports and values China's policy of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
The International Conference of High Representatives for Security Issues, attended by representatives from over 100 countries, is currently underway in Moscow.
Among the flags of all participating countries is the flag of Republika Srpska, and the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, addressed the attendees via video link, stating that the new security architecture must be equal and indivisible.
Accompanying Dodik in Moscow is Željko Budimir, the Minister of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska.
