DODIK: POLICIES TO DESTABILIZE SRPSKA HAVE BEEN DEFEATED

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 11 /SRNA/ – The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated today that the newly elected Government of Republika Srpska must improve itself every day, emphasizing that the policies aimed at destabilizing Srpska have been defeated and did not win that battle.

"Although we are somewhat tired, we have nonetheless shown that we are capable of moving forward and that we are not ready to abandon our goals," Dodik said in Banja Luka at a special session of the newly elected Government of Srpska, which SRNA broadcast live on its YouTube channel.

Dodik noted that ten years ago the public sector generated about 60 percent of the domestic product, whereas today the situation is reversed: the public sector now produces 40 percent, and the real sector generates 60 percent of the domestic product.

"The optimal situation is for the public sector to generate 25 percent, and that is what we should aim for," Dodik emphasized.

Addressing the ministers, he highlighted that the current moment should be seen in light of the actions of the unconstitutional Court of BiH, Christian Schmidt, describing it as the logic of an emperor, an occupier, and pointing out that many Serbs suffered because they, elected by the people, were defending Serb positions in a sovereign manner.
