BANJA LUKA, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik points out that he respects NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte's message that the BiH Presidency should take over the responsibility for the country, which, as he states, he considers an important call to restore the processes within the framework of domestic dialogue and political agreement.
"But, respected Mr. Rutte, it is impossible to accept a judgement that is not the result of the legislative process of elected people's representatives, but the political decision of an unelected foreigner in the heart of Europe," Dodik posted on X social network.
The president of Srpska indicated that it is difficult to talk about an independent judiciary when the court in which proceedings against him are conducted is full of judges and prosecutors against whom proceedings are being conducted for corruption and cooperation with criminal groups.
"There are more accusations against that court and the prosecutor's office, than the court prosecuted the actual crime," said Dodik.
He has emphasized that the crisis in BiH arose because the judiciary is used as a political tool, and the attempt to replace the will of people with the will of individuals is ongoing.
"BiH can only move forward with an agreement. The agreement is not reached under pressure, but in mutual respect," concluded Dodik.
