BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 6 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik says he is fighting against globalism and expects nothing good from today's Europe, which he describes as rotten and failed.
Dodik has emphasized that only when Muslims begin to assume political dominance. Western Europe might finally understand the position of Republika Srpska and Serbs in BiH.
He assessed that a classical war in Europe is unlikely, at least in the foreseeable future, but that the creeping dominance of Islamists is a real possibility.
"I believe that in 20 years, in most major European cities – Munich, maybe even Paris, it's already the case in London – we will see Muslims holding local power. They think that's fine; I don't think it's fine," Dodik said in a podcast with American journalist Lara Logan.
Dodik emphasizes that what we have nowadays is decaying Europe, which much like old empires is collapsing in decadence.
"Just like the Roman Empire fell in debauchery, so is Brussels collapsing in decadence. So I can expect nothing from it. I can only expect harm," Dodik stated.
He stressed that he is fighting against globalism, just like U.S. President Donald Trump, whose return to power is impressive.
"He came back to prove the world and America that his politics are the politics of hope for the ordinary person. I'm so happy that America did it in a masterful way, giving him unmatched support in the elections. We were cheering for him, while in Sarajevo, the Muslims were organizing rallies in support of Kamala Harris," said Dodik.
He now expects a shift in U.S. policy toward BiH.
"There's no longer an ambassador here constantly harassing us daily, but the consequences of that remain. All I would like is that, if President Trump is cleaning up the damage the Democrats did in America, he also cleans up the damage left here. I ask for nothing more. I don't think that should be hard," Dodik said.
The president of Republika Srpska believes one of the most important forms of help for Europe is the way Trump treats it.
"Heal yourselves for once, grow up, become your own people, realize your resources and make use of them. Don't keep expecting America to defend your security while you live comfortably, while America keeps spending its taxpayers' money to guard your skies, your security… Well, pay for it. Trump is absolutely right about that," Dodik stated.
He has also stressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not interested in meddling in others' affairs, but emphasized that what Russia is fighting for in its special operation in Ukraine is traditional Russia.
"It was the communists who drew the borders of the former USSR. Nikita Khrushchev divided half of Russia and said it was Ukraine. What is the West defending? Communist borders, right?" Dodik asked, adding that this means globalism is defending the global communism that created Ukraine to weaken Russia.
He said that Putin did not want war because he believed Ukrainians and Russians are brothers, but he couldn't leave 15 million Russians behind in Ukraine.
Dodik pointed out that Kyiv banned Russians in Ukraine from speaking the Russian language and from having their own church.
He noted that the Minsk Agreement was signed in 2014 and emphasized that former German Chancellor Angela Merkel years later, after the conflict broke out in Ukraine, admitted that the agreement was never intended to be implemented, but to buy time to arm Ukraine, which is cynical.
"Why do you deceive us? Why do you deceive us with the Dayton Peace Agreement? Why do you deceive Serbia with the Kumanovo Agreement? Why do you deceive Russia with the Minsk Agreement? When will you stop lying and deceiving?" Dodik asked.
