DODIK: GOVERNMENT TO ASK FOR URGENT ABOLITION OF TARIFFS ON AMERICAN GOODS

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 5 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik stated that he suggests that the Government of Republika Srpska asks the joint institutions and the Serb member and Chairwoman of BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović to launch the process of urgent abolition of tariffs on American goods entering BiH and to ask USA to reach an agreement on free trade.

"Current situation with tariffs and with what was launched by the US President Donald Trump will certainly put the pressure on economy later. I suggest this in that direction," said Dodik at the thematic session of the Republika Srpska Government.

Dodik said that Europe becomes very untidy place.

"There are processes that are dominantly negative towards us. Things look very confusing when it comes to the EU," said Dodik.
