DODIK AND TRIŠIĆ-BABIĆ’S VISIT TO ISRAEL WILL CONTRIBUTE TO STRENGTHENING RELATIONS

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, JANUARY 25 /SRNA/ – The Serb BiH Presidency member, Željka Cvijanović, assesses that the visit of Republika Srpska Acting President Ana Trišić-Babić and SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik to Israel will contribute to strengthening Srpska - Israel relations.

"Republika Srpska and Israel, just like the Serb and Jewish peoples, are connected by inseparable historical ties and sincere friendship. I am confident that this visit will also contribute to strengthening our relations with Israel!" Cvijanović posted on X.

Acting President of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić-Babić and SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik have arrived in Israel on a visit to, during which they will meet with top Israeli officials.

Dodik told SRNA yesterday that meetings are planned with Israeli President Isaac Herzog, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and several ministers.

At the invitation of the Israeli Ministry for Diaspora Affairs, Dodik will attend a conference on combating antisemitism tomorrow, during which he will meet with many participants from the Jewish and democratic world.

Dodik stated that on Thursday, January 29, he will be awarded a prize for cooperation by the Israeli parliament
