DECISION OF THE BiH COURT IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO MALICIOUS AND ALL THOSE WHO WANTED DESTABILIZATION

LAKTAŠI, JULY 4 /SRNA/ - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said tonight that the decision on the termination of detention, which was made today by the Court of BiH, is important not only for him personally, but also for all malicious people who wanted to destabilize and create additional problems in BiH through this case.

Dodik pointed out that there is now a new reality - that there are no more bans on traveling abroad and moving around BiH.

"I don't know how some will behave in this regard, but I will tell them, I don't feel victorious, I feel tired of everything and I will definitely continue with my company, which is already waiting for me with music to spend this night," Dodik told reporters in Bakinci near Laktaši.

Dodik emphasized that some will say this or that, but that he believes that, nevertheless, this is important.

"Not only for me personally, and yes, it is certainly important for me personally as well, but it is important for all those who were malicious, all those who wanted destabilization, all those who wanted to create additional problems through this case and possibly escalate the problems in BiH," said Dodik.

He said that he voluntarily went to the Court, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and that after an hour he received a decision on the cancellation of detention and the cancellation of search warrants in BiH and abroad.

Dodik stated that everything that happened before has been cancelled, that he must report to the Laktasi police station every 15 days until the case reaches its final conclusion.

"That's all. So, nothing special. All the speculators have said everything about it," said Dodik.

Today, the Court of BiH issued a decision accepting the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to terminate the detention of the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, which means that the warrant issued by this court for him is no longer valid.

The detention was abolished because it was determined that the reasons for which it was previously determined no longer exist, the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH announced.

The Court of BiH previously ordered the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik to be detained for one month due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed, as stated, the criminal offense of "attacking the constitutional order".
