BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 22 /SRNA/ - Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović emphasized that Republika Srpska does not accept torture or diktat by foreigners.
Cvijanović warned that a people whose rights are being usurped by a foreigner ultimately suffer a loss, as do those who gloat over it.
"We in Republika Srpska do not accept that anyone usurp the rights that belong to you in the National Assembly, to the people who sit in the Parliamentary Assembly, and I believe that we are prouder and that we will fare better, no matter how this situation we are going through may look, than those who accept the role of letting someone else think for them, and who even take revenge on others in their name and on their behalf," Cvijanović said.
Addressing deputies in the National Assembly of Srpska at the special session on the calling of a referendum in connection with the ruling of the unconstitutional Court of BiH and the decision of the Central Election Commission of BiH on the termination of the mandate of the President of Srpska Milorad Dodik, she said she is proud of Republika Srpska.
"We in Republika Srpska will not take revenge on anyone or maltreat anyone, neither for our own account nor for someone else's," Cvijanović stated.
She believes that problems should be solved one by one in order to reach the goal.
"These are serious times, but we have attracted considerable international attention and are communicating with many people with whom we could not do so before. There are many who want to correct the injustices that exist in BiH," Cvijanović said. /to be continued/end/ach
