EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 23 /SRNA/ - The Mayor of East Sarajevo Ljubiša Ćosić said that he is deeply disappointed by the actions that a police agency tried to implement tonight in East Sarajevo and said that it will not pass.

Emphasizing that it is a police agency that represents an alienated center of power, which does not wish good for any people, neither Serbs, Bosniaks, nor Croats, it is trying to carry out repression against the president of Republika Srpska.

"The President of Republika Srpska was elected by the votes of 300,000 or more citizens of this country, those citizens give him continuity and legitimacy, and if he can feel safe, he will feel safe in every part of Republika Srpska, in this case tonight in East Sarajevo," Ćosić emphasized.

He said that there is no such option that someone can provoke a meeting that should bring good to the citizens.

"We talked about welfare for the citizens and good relations with our neighbors in Sarajevo and with everyone," Ćosić added.

He pointed out that such provocations will not pass, nor will the political process caused by the imposition of laws by an illegitimate foreigner.

Ćosić said at a press conference in East Sarajevo that it will end well, because those who try this will only destroy the country.
