CITIZENS CAN TRUST SINIŠA KARAN

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 7 /SRNA/ – Siniša Karan, the SNSD and the ruling coalition's presidential candidate in the upcoming snap elections in Republika Srpska, is a man the citizens can trust because he will consistently represent Srpska's interests, Slobodan Župljanin, the Rector of the Slobomir P University Banja Luka, cited in his SRNA statement.

Župljanin, who is also the rector of the university which includes the Faculty of Security and Protection in Banja Luka where Karan teaches, has emphasized that Karan is a distinguished professor and one of the leading legal experts in Republika Srpska, BiH and beyond - particularly in the field of constitutional law.

"Our professor has spent the majority of his career successfully working in police and security structures, as well as in the executive branch. He is a prominent academician and, above all, a person who embodies patriotism. Armed with knowledge, experience, and education, he thoroughly understands the current challenges and processes Republika Srpska and the Serb people have been facing since the Dayton Peace Agreement," said Župljanin.

He added that the decision by the ruling structures to nominate Karan for presidential candidate is one of the most logical and reasonable choices, as he is someone who can best perform the duties of the president and fully understands all the challenges Srpska and the Serbian people have been facing in BiH.

Župljanin noted that Karan possesses the knowledge and skills required to govern Republika Srpska as a complex institutional system and social community.

"He will articulate strategies and policies aimed at preserving its Dayton-based autonomy and subjectivity within BiH. In short, Karan is a peerless candidate, so Srpska citizens won't face a difficult choice in electing him in elections that were, unfortunately, imposed on us and should never have happened," Župljanin emphasized.

He concluded that citizens can trust Karan because he has an impeccable biography and no scandals behind him.

"He has always acted professionally and expertly. He never made promises he didn't keep, nor was he ever extreme in any way. He approached every problem rationally," Župljanin said.
