SERBIA HAS SHOWN THAT IT IS NOT EASY PREY FOR ANYONE

BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 20 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that Serbia showed at today's Strength of Unity military parade that it is not an easy prey for anyone.

"All Serbs in the region, especially us in Republika Srpska, are following this very closely. We know that Serbia's strength is very important for us in every respect," Dodik told reporters.

He reminded that those who have the strength to defend themselves pursue an independent policy, and that this is proof that Serbia is able, and that it managed, especially in the past ten years, to make a visible step forward.

"I feel proud because I had the opportunity to attend such an event," Dodik said after attending the military parade.

Dodik said that it is well understood in Srpska that Serbia's Defense Strategy states that Serb national territories will no longer be allowed to be eliminated so easily.

"Now in Republika Srpska, we are watching how they try to politically arrange it. When I hear the hypocrites from Sarajevo threatening conflicts and war, I don't know what to say to them: `Come on, give it up, if you want peace. If we all want peace, then let's agree; what you want cannot happen. Stick to what was agreed, the Dayton Agreement,`" Dodik said.

Dodik emphasized that if they do not want the Dayton Agreement, then the document should be discarded and the parties should part ways.

"That would be the civilized approach for everyone," Dodik concluded.
