FOR ALL SERBS IN THE REGION, DODIK IS THE LEGITIMATE PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJALUKA, August 8 /SRNA/ - Umbrella Serbian organizations from countries in the region have expressed their full support for the institutions of Republika Srpska in defending against unconstitutional and unlawful attacks on the entity’s state integrity, especially the office of the President.

In a letter of support, the organizations gathered within the Conference of Serbian National Organizations emphasized that for all Serbs in the region, Milorad Dodik is the legitimate President of Republika Srpska, elected fairly and directly by the citizens of Srpska, who are the only ones entitled to withdraw that mandate.

"We therefore strongly oppose the undemocratic actions of the global powerbrokers 'for whom the law is a club…' and we proudly proclaim: Long live justice and democracy! Long live Republika Srpska!" the letter reads.

The Conference of Serbian National Organizations includes umbrella Serbian organizations from Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska, the Federation of BiH, North Macedonia, Albania, and Montenegro.
