BELGRADE, MARCH 24 /SRNA/ - The Belgrade Forum for a World of Equals /Beoforum/ and the participants of the conference dedicated to 26 years since the NATO aggression against FR Yugoslavia and Serbia adopted conclusions demanding suspension of political persecution of Republika Srpska President, Milorad Dodik, and other Srpska officials, as well as the departure of Christian Schmidt and the abolition of the high representative for BiH position.

The participants of the conference "When the war was returned to Europe" believe that the position of the high representative for BiH is a tool of the past, neo-colonialism, expansionism and is the biggest obstacle to the functioning of the constitutional system of BiH and the entities, announced the Information Service of Beoforum, an organisation whose head is the former Foreign Minister of FR Yugoslavia, Živadin Jovanović.

Beoforum emphasizes that they stand for the Dayton-based BiH, based on the equality of three constituent peoples and two autonomous entities with inviolable competences, and that they oppose attempts to restore unitary BiH, with the dominance of the elite of one people over other peoples.

In the conclusions, i.e. the joint statement, in which they presented proposals for the defence of Republika Srpska and Kosovo and Metohija, the organisers and participants of the meeting strongly condemn all pressure, intimidation and terrorism, which is carried out against the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija, advocating for ending the ethnic cleansing of the Serb people.

The participants of the meeting in Belgrade condemn the anti-Serb military association of "certain NATO members with the illegal leadership in Priština", i.e. the recent agreement on military cooperation between Croatia and Albania with Priština.

"There is no doubt that this was done in agreement with NATO leading state members that are applying asymmetric pressure against Serbia and the Serb people. Serbia should inform the UN Security Council about this latest violation of Resolution 1244 and request an adequate response," the conclusions emphasize.

The participants of the conferences stand for the strongest condemnation of any interference in the internal affairs and foreign policy of Serbia, as well as for the normalization of conditions in Serbia.

In addition to Beoforum, the conclusions were adopted by the Generals and Admirals of Serbia Caucus, the Diaspora Fund for Motherland, SUBNOR of Serbia, the Association "Veterans of the Military Intelligence Service of Serbia" and the Association of Special Police Units Veterans.

Apart from the conference, which was held in the Serbian Armed Forces House, these organisations and associations prepared a three-day programme marking 26 years since the NATO aggression.

As part of that programme, a photo exhibition was held on the participation of special police units in the defence of the homeland in the period 1998/1999 and the movie "Gernika 2" was shown.

A memorial marathon was also held, and a tribute was paid to the victims of NATO aggression at the memorial in Tašmajdan Park and Friendship Park in New Belgrade.
