DRVAR, JUNE 21 /SRNA/ – Serbs in returnee municipalities in the Federation of BiH (FBiH) will know how to respond to the threat of migrant resettlement, which has been announced by certain international and domestic circles, said Goran Broćeta, delegate in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, in a statement to SRNA.
Broćeta emphasized that the Serb people will not allow a “new culture and new customs” to take root on their ancestral lands, nor will they permit further “experiments” to be carried out on them.
He stated that there are enough of them to block the entire area of these municipalities and prevent such plans.
"Serbs in the Federation are already second-class citizens—everybody knows that, but they turn a blind eye. If migrants were resettled, we would become citizens of the nth class. We will not allow that," stressed Broćeta, who is also the president of the Serb Caucus in the Livno Canton Assembly.
The Government of the United Kingdom has officially declared its intention to relocate around 60,000 unwanted migrants from Asia and Africa to the Balkans, including Serbia (with Kosovo and Metohija), BiH, North Macedonia, and Albania.
