SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 21 /SRNA/ - The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić told SRNA that the actions of the Court of BiH are directly undermining democratic processes and freedom of political activity.

Vulić said that the Court of BiH has no jurisdiction to interfere in internal organization of political parties, and especially has no jurisdiction to ask for removal of legitimately elected president one of the biggest political parties in BiH.

She stated that the move of the Court of BiH, which sent a letter to the Central Election Commission /CEC/, in which it states that Dodik cannot be the president of SNSD, is absolutely unconstitutional and legally unfounded.

"One can see this exclusively as a political pressure and an attempt to brutalize the members of SNSD, of which there are more than 200,000 throughout Republika Srpska and BiH," said Vulić.

She said that SNSD remains united and determined to defend the rights of its members, the institutions of Republika Srpska and the basic democratic principles on which every free society rests.

"Milorad Dodik is our president, and you keep playing to Schmidt!", said Vulić.
